Purpose?

Evaluate the market analysis and potential of products. Assist to find and develop the right products as well as the selection criteria for them. Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with our suppliers, and assist us in managing our supply chain.

Expected results for this role in the first 12 months?

Typical job ads are boring. We'd rather tell you directly what we expect from you in this role. If you become a part of our team, these are the deliverables expected of you in the first 12 months:

Assist in finding and developing new products to sustainably expand the company’s portfolio
Help always improving the product development process from A-Z to optimize our Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC)
Monitor our supply chain and our stock on hand to reduce opportunity costs
Contribute to further develop and improve our supplier database, quality standards and existing products
Analyze and develop products aligned to our sustainability strategy

Required skills and experience?

Perhaps you have already gained some experience through internships, training or other part-time jobs or student trainee positions. If so, that is of course an argument in your favor. But if not, that's no problem either. We'll teach you everything. That's what student trainee positions are for. The following is still important to us:

You are studying economics, business administration or a comparable course of study
You have a commercial understanding paired with technical affinity
You are interested in products, latest trends, e-commerce and the development of products
You are communicative, enjoy negotiation and have a high level of self-motivation and patience
You are fluent in both, German and English, in speaking and writing. Other languages are beneficial.
Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of ecommerce

About us

Niboline is a young and fast-growing e-commerce company, which combines the development and manufacturing of products until the sale to end consumers. From the headquarters of the shipping and logistics center in Brandenburg, Germany, we manage the multichannel distribution of more than 300 products for over 1 million European customers.

Our mission as a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company is to develop and scale new brands and products that are precisely adapted to our customers' needs and homes to ensure their satisfaction. To achieve this, we work closely with manufacturers from our two other locations in Berlin (DE) and Hangzhou (China) and combine several divisions under our roof - starting with design, production and marketing and ending with sales, IT and logistics.

Mithilfe bei der Suche und Entwicklung neuer Produkte, um das Portfolio des Unternehmens nachhaltig zu erweitern
Unterstützung bei der ständigen Verbesserung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses von A-Z zur Optimierung unseres Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC)
Überwachung unserer Lieferkette und unseres Lagerbestands, um Opportunitätskosten zu reduzieren
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Lieferantendatenbank, Qualitätsstandards und bestehenden Produkte

Benötigte Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen?

Vielleicht hast du schon erste Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika, einer Ausbildung oder anderen Nebenjobs bzw. Werkstudentenstellen gesammelt. Wenn ja, ist das natürlich ein Argument für dich. Wenn nicht, ist das aber auch kein Problem. Wir bringen dir alles bei. Dafür gibt es ja Werkstudentenstellen. Folgendes ist uns trotzdem wichtig:

Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du hast ein kaufmännisches Verständnis gepaart mit technischer Affinität
Du interessierst dich für Produkte, aktuelle Trends, E-Commerce und die Entwicklung von Produkten
Du bist kommunikativ, verhandlungsfreudig und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Geduld
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
Idealerweise hast Du bereits über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Commerce
