Purpose?
In this position, you will assist in evaluating market analysis and assessing the potential of new products. You’ll help in identifying and developing the right products, setting selection criteria, and supporting our sustainability initiatives. Additionally, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining strong, sustainable relationships with our suppliers and assist in effectively managing our supply chain.

- Assist in finding and developing new products to sustainably expand the company’s portfolio
- Support in improving the product development process from A to Z to optimize our Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and profitability
- Collaborate with existing and new suppliers to bring fresh products to market
- Help refine our current product quality to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
Required skills and experience?
Whether you’ve gained experience through internships, training, or jobs, that's great—but it's not a dealbreaker if you haven’t. We’ll teach you everything. What matters to us is:
- You are passionate about products, current trends and product development
- You are communicative, enjoy negotiation, and are highly self-motivated, patient and flexible
- You have a commercial understanding paired with technical affinity
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of e-commerce or retail
- You study economics, business administration or a comparable course
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in German at a B1/B2 level

From the headquarters of the shipping and logistics center in Brandenburg, Germany, we manage the multichannel distribution of more than 300 products for over 1 million European customers.
Our mission as a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company is to develop and scale new brands and products that are precisely adapted to our customers' needs and homes to ensure their satisfaction. To achieve this, we work closely with manufacturers from our two other locations in Berlin (DE) and Hangzhou (China) and combine several divisions under our roof - starting with design, production and marketing and ending with sales, IT and logistics.
